I’m Trouble Areas, YUCK! That stubborn inner thigh rubbage (yes, that is a made up word) AKA “Inner Thigh Fat” and those annoying flabby triceps AKA “Arm Wings”

I have a boat load of thigh workouts, and here is just a few thigh exercises I have for you today. These are specifically exercises for your inner thigh.

This week we are talkin’ Trouble Areas, YUCK! You know, that stubborn inner thigh rubbage (yes, that is a made up word) AKA “Inner Thigh Fat” and those annoying flabby triceps AKA “Arm Wings”? Well I have two KILLER exercises that can strengthin’ those babies up in a matter of minutes!

My oh my, I am going out on a limb here…I have a little confession to make about my own trouble areas so be sure to stick around till the end of the video.

These two exercises will definitely get you sore, hehe. Be sure to leave me a comment below when you’re feelin’ it the next day. So you can put a big smile on my face 😀 !

Do 15-25 repetitions of these exercises, 2-4 sets each, be sure to give your body time to rest in-between. You never want to work out a sore muscle!
BUT

(and yes that’s a big BUT) there is no such thing as “spot reducing”, meaning you can’t do these exercises till you are blue in the face and see your inner thighs and triceps magically disappear. I know what you are saying right now “pooy that sucks.”

Remember this needs to be a full circle, cardio, diet, sleep, AND strength. Think of your health like a wheel, if there is a piece missing, it can not function properly.

Adding this to your circle will tighten up those inner thighs and get you those strong sexy arms you want for the summer 🙂 .
